I first used Work Wearhouse about a year ago and the order was handled well. I have used them more recently however and they have had my current order for 10 days without processing it, let alone despatching it. I would advise not to order from these people, I made an order on 9/8/08, not a huge order, but came to over £100. 14/8/08, I had an email saying they had two items not in stock, even though their site said otherwise, we made another choice which cost an extra £8. I have no complaints about ordering from this company at all, with internet shopping alone this is quite rare. I bought the kids some polo shirts, i received them within 4 working days and they were a perfect fit, will be ordering again, well done! Read Full Review »

I ordered a sweatshirt from here for my husband for work, i have to say they were really helpful, the item was nt in stock when i ordered, but they kept me informed all the way and even got it to me before i expected, my husband thinks its great, needless to say covered in grease already but still washes well, will order from them again. I wanted some polo shirts for my new company and found so many on this site it was hard to choose one. I rung the company and told them what I would need these for and they new exactly which one would suit my needs, embroidery was great and I am now looking at some corporate gift ideas to give away.....I'll be back!!! WearhouseGroup Ltd had everything I needed for my family and even school uniform for the kids!!! Ease of ordering, Customer Services Staff were friendly and really keen to help.
